We\u2019ll step inside the newly restored Notre-Dame Cathedral, marveling at the revival of its soaring architecture.\u00a0 Just a short walk away, the Sainte-Chapelle awaits with its radiant stained glass\u2014an ethereal masterpiece of Gothic design. Then it\u2019s on to the Conciergerie, a palace-turned-prison where the shadows of the Revolution still linger, most famously in the final days of Marie Antoinette. Step into Belle \u00c9poque Paris! This morning, we\u2019ll explore the enchanting passages couverts<\/em>\u201419th-century covered arcades once frequented by Parisian high society. These glass-roofed passageways, filled with charming boutiques and caf\u00e9s, were the original shopping malls of their day! After the guided walk, enjoy free time to browse the shops or linger over a drink at a hidden caf\u00e9.<\/p>

Later, join a Parisienne chef at her kitchen and partake in a hands-on pastry class led by a master chef. From buttery layers to delicate piping, you\u2019ll learn to create your own sweet masterpiece.<\/p>

We pay a quick tribute to the father of champagne, Dom P\u00e9rignon, at his final resting place in Hautvillers.<\/p>
