It’s no secret—Les Frenchies know all the essential sites, scents, and sweets that make Paris irresistible. Now, it’s your turn to experience the magic! Join a group of like-minded women as we step into the world of Les Frenchies Essentials of Paris—a journey filled with enchanting châteaux, world-class art, delicious wine, delectable pastries, and the famous fragrances that define French allure. From iconic landmarks to charming local gems, this is Paris at its most delicious, dazzling, and distinctly French.

Settle into our host hotel and take some time to rest or explore your surroundings before the adventure begins.

This evening, you’ll meet your fellow travelers at our welcome dinner, conveniently held right at the hotel. We’ll be joined by Colleen and Antoine from Les Frenchies, who are excited to greet you in person and share what’s in store for the days ahead. This is your chance to ask questions, get to know the group, and toast to the unforgettable week ahead in the City of Light!

Our day begins on the Île de la Cité, where centuries of Parisian history converge. We’ll step inside the newly restored Notre-Dame Cathedral, marveling at the revival of its soaring architecture.  Just a short walk away, the Sainte-Chapelle awaits with its radiant stained glass—an ethereal masterpiece of Gothic design. Then it’s on to the Conciergerie, a palace-turned-prison where the shadows of the Revolution still linger, most famously in the final days of Marie Antoinette. In the afternoon, we’ll cross the Seine for a guided tour of the Louvre, where the world’s most celebrated works of art—like the Venus de Milo and the Mona Lisa—invite us into stories of beauty, power, and human imagination.

Step into Belle Époque Paris! This morning, we’ll explore the enchanting passages couverts—19th-century covered arcades once frequented by Parisian high society. These glass-roofed passageways, filled with charming boutiques and cafés, were the original shopping malls of their day! After the guided walk, enjoy free time to browse the shops or linger over a drink at a hidden café.

Later, join a Parisienne chef at her kitchen and partake in a hands-on pastry class led by a master chef. From buttery layers to delicate piping, you’ll learn to create your own sweet masterpiece.

Our final treat of the day? An exclusive wine and cheese tasting with world- renowned Vincent DuPont of Les Frenchies, who will guide us through expertly paired French varietals and artisanal cheeses.

Today, we journey into the French countryside to visit two legendary châteaux, each steeped in history and grandeur.

Our first stop is the Château de Fontainebleau, a royal residence nestled in the heart of a vast forest. From the time of François I to Napoleon III, this was a favorite retreat for monarchs and emperors. As we stroll through its richly decorated halls and intimate chapels, you’ll feel the layers of French history unfold before your eyes.

In the afternoon, the magnificent Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte, the 17th-century masterpiece that inspired Versailles. Designed by the trio of architect Louis Le Vau, painter Charles Le Brun, and landscape designer André Le Nôtre. The chateau was the dazzling creation of Nicolas Fouquet. You’ll enjoy lunch at the chateau’s restaurant before exploring the château at your own pace with an immersive audio guide, followed by time to wander the impeccable formal gardens.

It’s a day of splendor, stories, and unforgettable settings.

This morning, we’ll explore the enchanting hilltop neighborhood of Montmartre—once the playground of artists, poets, and dreamers. With its cobblestone streets, hidden stairways, and sweeping views of the city, Montmartre has long captured the soul of Paris. Our guided walking tour will take you past iconic sites like the Basilica of Sacré-Cœur and Place du Tertre.

In the afternoon, we turn our attention to taste with a deliciously curated food tour. Led by a local expert, this walking tour offers a behind-the-scenes look (and taste!) at the best artisanal offerings—think flaky pastries, rich cheeses, seasonal specialties, and stories behind every bite. This is Paris as the locals eat it—authentic, flavorful, and unforgettable.

Today, we raise a glass to one of France’s most iconic exports—Champagne—with a day trip to the beautiful countryside that gave it its name.

Our first stop is Épernay, often called the capital of Champagne. We’ll visit a charming, family-run winery where you’ll tour the cellars, learn about the traditional méthode champenoise, and enjoy a guided tasting of their elegant cuvées. We pay a quick tribute to the father of champagne, Dom Pérignon, at his final resting place in Hautvillers.

Then it’s on to Reims, where history and luxury meet. Here, we’ll indulge in a cellar tour and gourmet lunch at the prestigious Veuve Clicquot estate, a highlight for any Champagne lover. Between sips and bites, you’ll experience the legacy of Madame Clicquot herself—one of the great women of French industry. Before leaving Reims, we will marvel at the cathedral Notre Dame de Reims, the place where French kings held their coronations for centuries.

After a scenic drive back to Paris, the evening is yours to explore. Perhaps it’s the perfect time to see the City of Light from above—have you been to the top of the Eiffel Tower yet?

Our day begins with a hands-on perfume-making workshop, where you’ll dive into the world of French fragrance under the guidance of a professional parfumeur. Learn about the history, techniques, and secrets of scent-making as you craft your very own signature blend to take home—a luxurious and personal souvenir of your time in Paris.

The afternoon is yours for one last Parisian wander—whether it’s picking up souvenirs, sipping a café in a tucked-away courtyard, or simply soaking in the atmosphere of your favorite arrondissement.

This evening, we gather one final time for a magical farewell dinner aboard Le Calife where we will once again be joined by Antoine and Colleen. Glide along the Seine aboard this beautifully restored vessel, enjoying a three-course gourmet meal as the lights of Paris twinkle on the water. With each passing landmark, you’ll relive the memories we’ve made—and toast to the friendships formed.

Today is departure day, and after check-out, you’ll begin your journey home.
