Welcome to the most beautiful city in the world! Settle into our host hotel and take a moment to unwind before meeting your host, Jennifer Dasal, and your fellow travelers for a delightful cocktail reception.

Wander through the charming, winding streets of Montmartre as we uncover the stories of the women who shaped its artistic and bohemian legacy. On this guided walking tour, we’ll explore the lives of the legendary ladies of Montmartre, from the muses and models to the artists and entertainers who left their mark on Parisian history. Our journey continues at the Musée Montmartre, where we’ll step into the world of Suzanne Valadon, the groundbreaking artist and former model, as we visit her beautifully preserved studio. Surrounded by the same creative energy that once inspired Renoir, Toulouse-Lautrec, and Valadon herself, you’ll experience Montmartre as it was in its artistic heyday.

Step into the quiet beauty of Auvers-sur-Oise, the picturesque village where Vincent van Gogh spent his final days and created some of his most hauntingly beautiful works. On our guided tour, we’ll walk the same cobbled streets that inspired over 70 of his paintings, visiting landmarks such as the Auberge Ravoux, where Van Gogh lived, and the Church of Auvers, immortalized in one of his masterpieces. Strolling through the serene countryside, we’ll also visit the artist’s modest grave, resting beside his beloved brother, Theo. This journey offers a moving glimpse into Van Gogh’s world, his struggles, and the landscapes that shaped his final, brilliant creations.

Immerse yourself in the heart of Impressionism as we spend the day exploring two of Paris’s most treasured museums. At the Musée d’Orsay, housed in a stunning Beaux-Arts railway station, we’ll admire an unparalleled collection of works by Monet, Renoir, Degas, Van Gogh, and more, bringing the revolutionary spirit of the Impressionists to life. Next, we’ll visit the Musée de l’Orangerie, home to Monet’s breathtaking Water Lilies series—an immersive masterpiece that captures the essence of light and movement. After a day of artistic inspiration, we’ll indulge in a gourmet wine and cheese tasting, savoring expertly paired French flavors in a cozy, intimate setting. It’s the perfect way to toast to the beauty, creativity, and indulgence of Paris.

Our journey takes us beyond Paris to explore the roots of Impressionism, beginning with a visit to the Musée de Barbizon, where the Barbizon School painters—predecessors to the Impressionists—found inspiration in nature and laid the groundwork for a new artistic movement. From there, we continue to the elegant home of Gustave Caillebotte, the painter and patron who played a crucial role in supporting his fellow Impressionists. As we stroll through his beautifully preserved house and gardens, we’ll gain insight into his life and artistic vision before sitting down to a delightful lunch on the estate, savoring a meal in the very place that once inspired his work.

We begin our day at the Musée Jean-Jacques Henner, a hidden gem dedicated to the works of this 19th-century painter known for his evocative portraits and dreamlike use of color. After exploring the museum, we’ll step into a Renoir painting as we enjoy lunch at the historic La Fournaise, the charming riverside restaurant immortalized in his masterpiece Luncheon of the Boating Party. With its picturesque setting along the Seine, it’s easy to see why this spot was a favorite among the Impressionists. After lunch, you’ll have time to explore the semi-annual flea market on the Île des Impressionnistes, where antique treasures, vintage finds, and Parisian curiosities await.

Our day begins at the Musée Marmottan Monet, home to the world’s largest collection of Monet’s works, including his groundbreaking Impression, Sunrise, the painting that gave Impressionism its name. In addition to Monet’s masterpieces, the museum also houses works by other renowned artists such as Berthe Morisot and several of his contemporaries, offering a comprehensive view of the Impressionist movement.

From there, we journey to Giverny, where Monet lived and painted for over 40 years. Walking through his beautifully preserved home and the iconic gardens that inspired his Water Lilies series, you’ll experience the artist’s world just as he did. We’ll then enjoy a leisurely lunch at Nymphéas Café, a charming spot near the gardens, before taking time to soak in the peaceful surroundings that so deeply influenced Monet’s masterpieces.

On our final day, we’ll begin with a backstage tour of the Paris Opera House, one of the world’s most opulent and historic venues. As we explore the grand staircase and hidden corners of this architectural masterpiece, we’ll also delve into the world of Degas, whose iconic works of ballet dancers were inspired by the very performances held within these walls. Next, we’ll visit the Rodin Museum, where we’ll admire the sculptor’s masterpieces, including The Thinker and The Kiss, set in a tranquil garden that complements his work. To cap off our unforgettable journey, we’ll enjoy a Seine dinner cruise, savoring exquisite French cuisine as we float past Paris’s most iconic landmarks, bathed in the glow of the city lights. It’s the perfect conclusion to a week of art, history, and Parisian magic.
